Fitness Classes


There is a wide variety of classes available for everyone to enjoy at Wolsingham Sports Hall whether your a beginner or an expert, old or young.

All our classes are led by qualified instructors. Places book in advance at reception or by contacting us by telephone - See our Contact Details.

All classes listed are £3.50 per person (£4.50 for Yoga), unless you hold a Lifestyle Fitness Membership where all classes, excluding the ones marked with an asterix* are included for free.
